We have been producing high quality, locally grown extra virgin olive oils and 
creative balsamic fruit blends since 2003. Located in Yolo County, California, the Molinaro family 
uses careful sustainable production practices to ensure that each and every bottle is filled with the

Our certified Extra Virgin Olive Oils 
and Citrus Blends are produced using olives 
and fruits grown and harvested in
Northern California. 
We currently offer 5 varieties including 
Koroneiki, Arbequina, Frantoio and our new 
Meyer Lemon and Satsuma Mandarin
We combine imported Italian Balsamic Vinegar 
with fresh California fruits to create unique blends 
that are delicious when drizzled over a salad, 
fresh or aged cheeses, roasted meats, breads and 
even frozen deserts like vanilla bean ice cream.
